Cricut Vinyl Will Not Release From Transfer Tape

Cricut vinyl will not release from transfer tape. Second roll same problem tried the carpet jean ideas and still will not release from cricut transfer tape. You create a decal but only some of the letters stick onto the transfer tape while the rest are left behind on the backing paper. Using scissors to clip through your transfer tape but not your vinyl can help you to avoid bubbles and folds.

Tried the other roll and it is the same extremely sticky. Your vinyl is not sticking to your transfer tape.
